Massolino Langhe Nebbiolo 2019, Piedmont, Italy

Massolino are one of the outstanding modern producers in Serralunga d’Alba, a traditional home to very structured, long-lived Nebbiolo based reds. This is a wonderful and approachable Nebbiolo, with beautifully pronounced tannins balanced by good fruit intensity. Classic aromatics of dried rose, herbs and sour cherry flow onto the palate shaped by marked acidity and freshness alongside body and drive.
